we should have mse comp to see who can make the best mse logo / martins face / something else out of magnum sticks!
or even the best money saving use for sticks, there must be something we can recycle them into!!

I have eaten lots and put on a stone, started my diet today and had my blood pressure checked and it was 135/80 it usually it 120/80, possibly the heat but I'm not taking any chances and will have to give away (none wants anymore though) or bin what is left, so glad this one is over, might go and get some cherries from morrisons they have a comp on and are heathy.

It is definately not a good idea to eat these everyday, not only do they get sickly they are full of fat, if you want to go off them melt some down your sink and see all fat rise to the top .

glad some of the non winners have finally got some wins

    :T:T

I won a few grand on the comp but never won the £1000, would have loved to

Hmm, all getting very biological! I'm lucky enough to keep moderately active and have an athletic (distant!) background so I've managed to stay the same shape, plus I only started the comp a month ago which has probably saved me! I also overeat a fair bit so my body never seems to bother building up fat reserves.

They don't form part of a healthy daily diet. I'm going to try to spread these over the rest of the Summer rather than gorge anymore. I'm not so worried about the fat, the human body does need fat. Fat never looks nice, check out the grill tray after cooking sausages or burgers. In fact there isn't a lot to do with human biology and nutrition that doesn't look revolting when it's oozing down a plughole! Best to watch those arteries though...

Good luck with the diet! I always advocate exercise too, so long as it is active enjoyment rather than gruelling slog (I think the mental state makes a difference to how the body reacts, gruelling slog warning the body to prepare for hard times, etc)
