    Received 2 of my cards today, balance showed zero on both of them, found that by logging out and going back in 5mins later shows the balance:) hth

    on the letter below where the card is attached there is an "account code" this is the same number as the "winners claim code" you use when you claim a win.

    I am going to write the log-in codes on the front of each card as I get them because the account code is only printed on the letter, from which the card will be detatched. I don't think it'll be any security risk and it will mean I'll be able to check their balances. I'm also going to write the starting value of the card on there.
