Worried about matching up cards to log-in codes now too...

I have just spoken to Magnum about working out which codes go with which cards. If you log in with one code, you can try only three activation codes before it locks you out and tells you to use the 'Contact Us' link* to get it sorted out. I have been advised by Magnum to contact them in advance to get advice on matching up codes to cards.
Good luck people!
*Note that the Magnum phone line doesn't deal with Card problems; the Contact Us link you get when logged in seems to be the only way to contact the card people. If anyone gets a phone number for them, please let us all know.0 -

It say it should be there as soon as you update your browser. I'm sure it's just site traffic slowing things down, after all loads of cards will have arrived this morning and loads of people will be activating them at once. Similar to other areas of this comp it wouldn't astonish me if the sudden surge of traffic has taken them by surprise ("Oh dear, we thought people would log in one at a time to activate their single card in a polite and orderly manner..." Just my imagination running away there).
Log in and check down the FAQ's; there's one there giving instructions what to do if your balance still shows £0.00.
It's worth contacting them now anyway in case there is a problem, so you don't find yourself at the back of the queue. They say they'll respond to queries within 48 hours, but that rectifying problems may take longer, so don't bank on having the balance before you actually see it on the card.0 -

to match the cards with wins is now easier
on the letter below where the card is attached there is an "account code" this is the same number as the "winners claim code" you use when you claim a win.
☼ thankyou to all who post the comps ☼0 -

Brilliant!! Thanks! I thought I'd heard that they'd sorted it out, but I was only looking at the log-in codes, not the claim code. Oh cool. Now I can stop worrying!!
You're such a grooooovy tigger!

Nothing hun, I started the same time as you and have entered almost as many and had nothing either, I have tried the early hours entering also and nothing, the guy at Magnum who gave me the new codes from the bum sticks told me that the winners are few and far between now compared with when the comp started, but keep everything crossed and we might be lucky...Thriftkitten

Good for you orange, I am envious that I havent won anything but happy there are still daily winners or I would be panicking that something was wrong with the comp, fingers crossed for the next 24 hours of email watching.Thriftkitten
