    Mmm I know what you mean re confidence, mine is a disaster just now. one of my friends asked if I was giving in my notice tomorrow and I nearly burst in to tears at the thought. I just can't manage anything apart from the basics.

    you would be great as a cso and you are obviously not good at office politics:rotfl: . How do you know it would be too hard two of you doing shifts....My childminder minded two kids of two police inspectors who worked shifts...it worked for them.

    Its about time you did something for YOU! How much more of the application do you have to fill in.....Fill it in and give it in whether you think you are in with a chance or not..You have absolutely nothing to lose at this stage - unless you don;t give the form in...
