Mobile Dilemma - Which Phone?

OK out of contract now, with a battered and bruised N95 and am considering replacement.

The features I use are:

1) Phone - surprise surprise!
2) Camera
3) MP3
4) GPS/Google Maps
5) POP 3 email, 5 accounts
6) Googlemail app
7) VOIP via Vyke
8) Bluetooth connectivity to laptop where no wifi and to headset/car kit

The phones on my shopping list so far:

1) Sony Xperia
2) HTC Touch HD
3) N96, but have heard bad reviews

Does any one have any other suggestions?

I have been waiting since late last year when the Nokia N97 was announced, but it appears that launch is now the summer, and my N95 is so hammered that it is developing faults and keeps hanging. Don't think I can keep it going much longer!

Ideally I'd like something else that operates on Symbian. Reluctant to consider the E85 as it appears just a slimmed down N95. The N96 8GB doesn't have any expandable memory, so that's out for my music collection.

Any thoughts or suggestions greatfully received.

I would advise against the N96 I worked with one for a while and the battery is a joke, same as the original N95 and not the improved N95 8G version. Feels very cheap and looks tacky. the trimming just asks to be broken off. Hand a look at the Xperia myself before my upgrade, its a big handset and from the words of the guy in the shop "its a b*tch to get used to"
