I'm with eon (v12 elec only) and after all the news we were supposed to have reduced prices from today, a drop of 9%, but when I check the prices, all I see is a drop of 0.5%!!

A=Prices in my letter when I switched to v12 last month
B=Prices in the site today

Day tier 1:
A=21.55
B=21.4515

Day tier 2:
A=16.59
B=16.506

Night:
A=5.65
B=5.628

I even confirmed that both values include VAT...
Can someone explain where the 9% are?
Even if that's an average, then someone out there must be seeing reductions of close to 20%, since all my reductions, as I said are only 0.5%!!!

    The widely advertised eon price drop was for electric units (and was even given top billing on the money expert newletter this month) , a 9% drop. This was not the full story as my discounts went from 10.10% to 5.8% as the v5 tariff ended, so for myself (and I am sure others), not impressed....

    Almost identical circumstances as mine, except mine dropped 2%. There must be a lot of 20 percenters out there - if you believe eon that is

    I got a letter, from Eon, this morning saying that prices had gone down for me (electric on prepay meter). Shame it didnt tell me the old prices so I could compare the old to the new. Lol.

    (can't be bothered to go hunting out old bills at the moment)
