Outbound BT Call Centre

Does anyone have any idea how to contact an Outbound BT Call Centre. They have been contacting me for a couple of months and have offered me a good monthly rate to start service with them again. I have now got my MAC code from Pipex (see other thread posted previously) but they phoned me monday and their system went down and I haven't heard from them since. I have contacted BT on the freephone numbers I found on this forum and they can only offer me an 18 month contract which, although reduced for 3 months, ends up at £15.65 for the rest of the time. They are unable to discount me enough to match the Outbound quote of £12.99. Short of sitting by the phone for the next 2 weeks, until my MAC code expires I don't know what else to do. Thanks in anticipation.

The only way you can contact them is by calling the relevant numbers. What you can do is ask an advisor to check the system & find out who called you and asked to be transferred through to that dept.

Thank you for your suggestion but the call flashed up on my phone as International - number withheld. I don't think from that anyone can find out the number that called. Also, when I was first contacted by them and offered to ring them when I had acquired my MAC code, they said they didn't have incoming calls. So it looks like patience is the order of the day and hope they call me again.
