Off Peak contracts - Do they still exist?

Hello everyone - this is my first post so apologies if this question has already been asked.

I'm coming to the end of an 18 month vodafone off peak contract. 1000 off peak minutes, 100 texts £20 month.

Their retention department has been in touch but want to offer me the standard 600 minutes/unlimited texts contract.

Because I'm a night worker I'd like to continue on an off peak contract and could do with a sexy new phone as I'm completely underwhelmed with the K850i I've had (what a poor camera!).

Vodafone have offered me a couple of lower end phones 6300 etc but I was wondering if any of you have got a good deal with other providers. I would prefer a 12 month contract but if it's a good deal, I suppose an 18 month one would suffice.

Thanking you in advance for any advice

T-mobile still do I think, They dont advertise them due to Combi/Flext being pushed. Give sales a call see if theyre still available.

They are still available on cashback deals with Mobiles.co.uk (not currently totally free) at £20 per month for 500 minutes/50 texts with a basic phone. Not that I would recommend any cashback deal to anyone who doesn't fully understand what they're doing and who they're dealing with. You also have to watch T-mobile; phone numbers registered in the Isle of Man get charged at international rates but it's practically impossible to know if they are when you send a text to or call them.

You are making a basic error - there are no such things as an 'Off Peak' contract. Your contract is the SAME as everyone else.

You were placed on an Off-Peak based TARIFF, which depending on the foibles of the marketing department - it may still be available, it may not. But it remains important you are not 'coming to an end' of anything - you are simply completing your minimum term. The networks are desperate to tie you down to further obligations and will do anything to provide inducements to make you stay, BUT here you have the upper hand. You can leave at just 30 days notice, and in the current climate, that's a pretty good feature!
