Ignore it hun
Back to your post OP
Whos going bankrupt
Just you
Or partner
Or both

Dont do pis*ing contests but they are
Please take at look at the insolvency technical ref guide
Income payment order agreements
And my post said Asked not required
The price for not cooperating can as I said, be removal of some allowed expenses
We can all spout the tech manual, but taking comments out of context helps no-one.
When you fill in your SoA on your 6.28 petition you are asked for other household members contribution not their whole income. Not once, ever, in the 1000's of members here has anyone been asked to give details of their partners income.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
This does not help the OP
You quoted me as saying required I said asked
Now you accuse me of being out of context (IS wording not mine maybe ask them to change the word from income to contribution) ,and say you have initimate knowledge of the affairs of 1000's of members
Well in that case I defer to your greater knowledge :rotfl:

And so you should.......they along with others have built up a considerable ammount of knowledge over time......Peachyprice & debt doctor (who you BOTH disagreed to) along with many other members here have given up their own time to research & post answers to questions people ask.....not just answering a post with a quote from the IS tec manual as you seem to like doing....we can all cut & paste quite easily .......all your posts seem to do is do cause more confusion & put potential posters off because they dont understand what your waffling about.....
Just my thoughts......but what do I know eh?We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
I have not posted inaccurate information
My posting style is not to your liking, your basically saying f*ck off your not wanted ?
So you have decided I have made no contribution here ?
Who made you judge & jury
I have used quotes because as pointed out it is important to be accurate, and many people mis quote or quote hearsay also my spelling is not very good, my posts are not just cut & paste & I have offered advise and in other sections of this forum
Just because someone has thousands of posts does not make them better than someone else
You tell me exactly which point I have posted in Bankruptcy that is factually inaccurate & I shall happily apologise"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."

woahhhhhhhhh missy calm down dear!...where have I said F*** your not wanted? ..EVERYBODY here is entitled to a voice no matter what the background
NOBODY made me judge & jury..(although you do seem a little paranoid).....all i've said is that some of your information is very misleading & confusing to members if you want proof i'll happily trawl through & PM you the evidence...one springs to mind where you corrected a member stating in your post the information provided is incorrect...you now know more than a debt adviser for the CAB then?...some members wont read through the IS tec manual because they simply cant understand it.....although i've FAR better things to do with my time than argue with you....this is not the place to continue this i'd be happy email or PMWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
i wish you would stop arguing, hope newbies not looking0
