Sounds like it might be a fp if you no the file is clean. Submit it here http://analysis.avira.com/samples/index.php make sure to choose false positive and provide a download link.

You have Mcafee, Avira and spyware doctor running?

You need to either remove Mcafee or remove Avira (Id suggest removing Mcafee). You should never use more than one 'RESIDENT' anti virus (scanning all the time)

If you remove Avira ~ just uninstall it

If you wish to remove mcafee then switch ON 'windows firewall'
Then use the MCAFEE REMOVAL TOOL

Then your problem will probably be sorted

Goto START and CONTROL PANEL
Then either straight to WINDOWS FIREWALL or SECURITY then the firewall

You switch it off by following the same procedure but your switching it ON as until you replace it you wont have any other firewall
