Best phone for incoming calls only

I don't think what you want is available. The best I can suggest is a standard landline with the Call Barring option (£1.75/month extra) enabled.

Using all the available options (see HERE) will do most of what you want including allowing outgoing calls using a BT Chargecard (but not credits cards).

However, there is one major problem. Although one of the options (*344#) would let you bar outgoing calls via the operator, you cannot bar guests accepting incoming reverse charge calls!

oh - that's why callboxes have those background bleeps for the first few seconds, to warn the operator, as it was an old scam to accept reverse charge calls on these after a quick call to prime the caller

So you'd expect BT to have some sympathy for this - but I assume a callbox option has higher rental

you can bar 0800 reverse charge calls, but not reverse charge calls made through the BT Operator. If you need to bar 0800reverse calls then you need to contact customer care at 0800R

call waiting in compatable with call sign. You may also be interested in the BT Twin Talk item, great piece of equipment to use with call sign, avilable from shop.bt.com. Basically twin talk allows calls to the main number to be router to handset 1 and calls to the call sign number to be routed to hanset 2. also its ideal for use with a fax machine as fax calls can be routed directly to the fax machine...http://www.twintalkhelp.com

BT 'callsign' can be used but it would mean changing your business or home number as they issue a new number as the second number with 'callsign'.
I guess it would be easier to change your home rather than your business number because presumably your business number is advertised.
