Orange PAYG offers
I am with orange and since december, when I have topped up I get texts telling me I get free evening calls to orange, free texts, free other stuff!!
It seems to have stopped for the free texts? Has this happened to anyone else?
Trying to get through to orange is a nightmare and they charge!

Yes, our 300 free texts a month disappeared at midnight on 28/2 despite topping up by £10 earlier that day.
They are still available according to Lemon's website.0 -

Wouldn't they inform you if they were stopping the 300 messages? This sounds like the same offer my son is on, but his seems to be ok, although he did mention that his balance seems to have gone down drastically over last couple of days, so maybe they don't let you know!! told him to keep an eye on balance etc as am not putting £10 on for next month if they have stopped it, will look for another deal!If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................

Dunno if you got this sorted yet, but the last couple of months, I had to chase Orange up as there was a problem with the system not automatically applying the free texts on time - however, when they are applied, they still run for a month from application date.
Although this said, terms and conditions state it can take up to 72 hours to apply, so if you don't apply them til the last day of your "month" then give it 3 days before complaining.
FYI, if you don't top up one month, you'll not get the free texts in the next month, but as soon as you do top up again (and remain on the tariff) they will be applied next month. I was told by to different CSA's that this is so.
To get through to someone, I dial 450, then chose the options for problems with your phone, - if you are on hold, you aren't charged - its a one off fee of 25p when you do get through, no matter how long you're on, and you could always ask for it to be credited, as the error is theirs, not yours.0
