Off Peak 1000 tariff (Orange)
Does anyone know if the customer services on this tariff is free?
I know that you can use your free mins to access voicemail off peak but does the same apply to customer services.
Don't want to have to spend money on my new SE w800i that is going to be delivered tomorrow morning

indesisiv By accessing your voicemail using, do you mean by dialling the full voicemail number (inclusive of your minutes) and not just 123/button 1 from your phone, otherwise you will 35p for the day and 5p for evening and weekends.
Use 150 during the daytime and then use the full number for the customer services in the evening.0 -

Calls to Orange Customer Services on this tariff are free, both on-peak and off-peak. These calls will not come out of your bundled minutes.0 -
