I also have the same Hiper you mentioned in black. It is very stable and my computer runs fine and had no problems overclocking. The modular cables are handy for goot airflow too, It is very quiet but it isn't silent. I think if I were to buy again I would go for an Antec Phantom 500 Silent ATX12V2.0 500W if I had no budget.0
