    The main HD spec you should be looking for is 720p [make sure the display device accepts this format and also displays it [This is what the HD ready logo symbolises.]
    - some accept this signal but it will get resampled to the inferior quality of the screen.]
    The high def spec also includes 1080i and 1080p, but I dont even want to guess how long that will take to appear over here....

    The samsung lcd tv with built in freeview from freemans seems a much better deal, especially with the 25% off voucher.
