My neighbour is leaving AOL for another ISP and has asked me to help him remove the software and load up the new modem etc. I have no problem doing this BUT I cannot work out how to save his old emails/favorites from the AOL program so that he can still has them when the AOL software is removed
?? He uses AOL 9.0 and windows XP sp2. He is supposed to change over providers on Saturday so any help would be great.
