2 serial numbers on electricity bill

Yes, there is two numbers on the bill with a S in front. What does this mean and any ideas on what to do next?0

If you have 2 S numbers (each one is 2 rows of digits 8 on top line and 13 on the bottom). It means you property has 2 MPANs. It may be that you have 1 meter with different registers against the 2 MPANs. This would not to unusual if you have elec heating.Yes, there is two numbers on the bill with a S in front. Do both S numbers appear on previous bills? It may be that something went wrong when you switched to them or they first set up the account if you are a new tenant and they have now caught up and are trying to back bill you for the 2nd MPAN. The last two bills that I received before I moved out of the property in September 08. However I have managed to find a bill from 2004 and that only has one MPAN.0
