Last year Plusnet won PCPro best broadband provider. My daughter and a friend uses them and both report excellent customer service. I'll be joining them in the new year too.

:) Cheers for that. Have tonight signed up for them as several other people have also said good things about them.

Don't forget to say when you sign up that your daughter referred you. As she wil get a little discount.

For that matter if any one else wants to sign up I can give you my username as a referer. Sorry is that to cheeky or am I breaking any rules there?

  • I have been with them on ADSL since April 2002 and am very happy with their service... I was thinking earlier this month of moving to TalkTalk broadband, but decided not to in the end - just wasnt worth the risk for such a small saving..

can only echo previous comments, been with them over a year, never a problem - fantastic.
  • What a relief. Thanks Guys.

I hadn't realised how difficult it was going to be when we started looking. There is so much information out there and all sorts of deals. Then there was things like reliability to consider. It seems cheapest is not always best but I think we have a good deal.
