I ordered from these in the past which was over seas and also found it a little confusing but it was all ok,Got my order but they did send me an email stating shipping fees i emailed back and told them i am not willing to pay anymore,I recieved them and did not pay anymore,You have been given the best advice here i hope you get it sorted

you star - i just dont understand how it happened - i confirmed the original price on the invoice and now when i check it all the items are nearly full price

and still no reply to any of my emails

ill give them a call monday as i bet no one works on a saturday

i too have used vista print and always found them to be fine and the products excellent.. dont panic too soon may not be necessary

Thanks guys - just spoken to lovely American chap who was very helpful, explained the situation re overpaying - not sure exactly what happened - but he has said he will refund all the extra I have paid

so watch this space - I will let you know - but they at least seemed very helpful

I have been charged for a rewards scheme which I never signed up to and even after I expressly told them to cancel it. I want my money back and will go to the county court if I have to. Avoid vistaprint, they will rip you off.

I've used Vistaprint numerous times - no problems, would hapily use again!
