If you put it on Ebay or Ebid, do a very detailed, bullet-pointed listing. Take photo of the thing powered up. Also note any serial numbers, markings, etc (take a close up photo of serial numbers, markings, etc).
Sell to UK mainland only. Sell only to people with rating of 10 or more. Most people are honest.0 -
Remember that you'll loose over 10% of the sale price to fees (inc paypal), so consider lowering the price charged in other places for a straight cash sale outside of ebay.
Loot, gumtree, notice boards as well as any other forums you may use, I'm on a few car forums and have sold unwanted electrical items on there.0 -
Gumtree is a great option for selling local ...only problem though is if the buyer isn't happy with your laptop he/she may try to bring it back?0
