Loads of people do, but only if they're select priority customers. You need to have an average spend of over £50 per month to be considered.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

Myself on orange and my other half on T-Mobile have done this.
See here: http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/support/my-account/upgrades
It works nice the 1st time as you get a new phone early, but the term is the same over the period for your next upgrade.
e.g. you are at 16 months and decide to upgrade, the remainder 2 months are added onto your new 18 month contract, making it a 20 month contract. This ties you into a longer contract and from a phone provider is brilliant for them.
You can then upgrade at 18 months, 2 months early.
So if you do upgrade early you are tied in for 20 months, not 18 months.
Hope it all makes sense. Long gone are the days of a new phone every 12 months on deals today.0
