E2save.com - Still Not Connected - A Week Later!!!
Hello everyone,
I bought a Nokia 6230i through e2save on Friday and received it on Saturday morning.
It wasnt connected when I put the sim in the phone, I didnt think anything of it.
Sunday it still wasnt connected so I called them up and they said it would be done within 24 hours but come Tuesday its still not connected so I called again, I got told the same thing... Its now Thursday and its still not connected I called again this morning and got told the same thing.
And in the meantime Ive emailed 3 times as well but not getting a reply?
Is anyone else experiencing the same? Im really disappointed!

Can you contact the network directly and ask them to contact e2save and say you're going to cancel!!0

Everytime I have ordered a phone off e2save it has always been connected and I have ordered about 6 phones recently for family, no problems with them so far.0

what line is the contract on?
if its "3" then it can take over a week for the signal to break through, depending on your area
my first ever "3" phone took over a week to pick up a signal, once it did, it was fine (although, i did get fed up and try an return the phone!! but patience provailed!!)
hope this helps0 -
it was on o2... I called them this morning and said I want to return the phone as Ive not have the service I expected, they had it connected straight away and they're sending me a £10 voucher! Not much but better than nothing.0

Well I ordered a phone and sadly I got an e-mail telling me to phone the customer service desk, and when I went into the order status it said that my application has been rejected by the network
I am really not happy over this. I did it through Quidco and by tomorrow it won't be on anymore, so its a massive thumbs down so far.
Thanks
RobbIF I HAVE BEEN OF USE TO YOU, THEN PLEASE CLICK THAT THANKS BUTTON
