New destinations for Megabus
Megabus have announced their new megabusplus service which connects three new towns and cities in Yorkshire to London.
Megabusplus will provide links from Halifax, Huddersfield, and Bradford to London from £1 (average fare at present is about £5). These journeys will predominantly be by coach to East Midlands Parkway Station then train from there to St Pancras, but some journeys will be by bus only.
I haven't checked out Halifax or Huddersfield, but bizarrly the Bradford service departs from Mayo Avenue which is a good 5-10 minute bus ride from the city centre - I think that the reason is because the service comes from Huddersfield - presumably down Huddersfield Rd then Manchester Rd, into Mayo Ave, then had dead easy access to the M606 from there. Just bear in mind Mayo Ave isn't the most easily accessible part of Bradford if you choose to travel from there...

Well I only put up the info relating to West Yorkshire up. There are 3 new megabusplus routes, as follows:-
*Halifax-Huddersfield-Bradford-EMP-St Pancras
*Harrogate-York-Castleford-EMP-St Pancras
*Hull-S!!!!horpe-Doncaster-EMP-St Pancras
