I'm looking for a couple of website that were mentioned on here quite a few times but the search function on this furom is not too good, maybe its me!
Website 1. It gives you an estimate of your house after you enter a few details, I think it was https://www.propertyadvice.com or something.
Website 2. It gives you a geographical representation of sold house prices.
Anyone remember these two websites? Can anyone give me the correct url please?
Would if be better if we had a sticky with all these websites listed in one place.
Thanks in advance!

https://www.houseprices.co.uk
I use this one because it's free and fairly easy to search on
Good luck0 -
Hi nmiah,
Know both the sites you mean but didn't take a note of either. The first one over-valued my house by 25-50% so I wasn't too impressed, the other with it's maps etc was a lot better than most price sites and I wish I'd bookmarked it.
Hope someone turns the up and I will make a note.0 -

Hi Ian
Its been a while!! Been lurking not posting much myself!
I just wanted those two websites to do a bit more comparing! The first one provides a rough gues I suppose but something to compare with!
Yes your right once I find those two websites I'm definately going to bookmark them!!! Like you, I hope somebody remembers the correct URL!!!
But I still think one of the Board Guides should have a sticky made with a list of these websites!!!
Anyway, hope all is well with you, take care Ian :beer:Debt at highest (November 2005) = £35,856
