"New Posts" Search Broken?

Every time I click on New Posts, it says I have to wait 15 seconds between searches and to try again in 14 seconds. I've been waiting for much longer than 14 seconds and it still says the same thing. I've tried doing a normal search and that is working fine, it's just the New Posts link that always returns the same message.
