I'm on NSD 5 so far! Am not spending any money today, going to the gym ( in a minute lol) and not taking any money out with me. I only managed 17 last month but am determined to reach my target this month!

Still on track have avoided the temptation to spend, my salad was lovely. Just got to avoid the popping to the shop thing now
