    I managed a NSD!!

    I had to spend on bus fare to work, but that is an essential, so I can't avoid it.....but I took my lunch in from home, and didn't go out at lunchtime, to avoid temptation, so.....

    Well, I've managed my first NSD of the month. :j I managed it through being ill and barely leaving my bed all day but I'm still counting it. :D
