Folks been trying for 2 weeks to get through to e2save, been waiting anything from 2 minutes to 27 minutes and absolutely hate the music. Any ideas? it is to change my address for the cashback.

Cheers

If your calling them on the 0800 049 6496 number just hang in their until they answer - if you have speakerphone on your home phone use that and continue watching TV or doing housework ...etc until they answer.

You can send it in a letter to them:
    3R House
    Belton Road
    West Extension
    LOUGHBOROUGH
    LE11 5XH

You can fax it to them:
    07070 113 000

If you have a control panel at e2save you can email them via that or email:
    sales<at>e2save.com

You could even inform them on all the above ;)

    Hope this helps.

Don't worry, you don't need to write to them to tell them of your change of address, unless it's to do with ordering it. Basically, unlike other companies who require you to inform/show proof of change of address whilst different from the address you originally gave when you signed up, e2save can get your cashback sent to the address found on the bills that you send in. Found it on their FAQs under cashback:

    1. How do I claim my chequeback (cashback)?
If your address is different from the one given to us at point of purchase we will send the cheque to the address that is on the airtime bill that you send to us. You do not need to inform us of a change in address.
