LOL you have read my mind completely - I feel like a paranoid wreck and have been imagining every scenario possible (most of then bleak). So much is riding on it all going through now - I know I need to stay positive but sometimes that is easier said than done. And of course I will keep u updated, and many many thanks!

Me and my wife, who used to run our business felt like we were offering a counselling service as well as selling properties. I have known grown macho men in tears as they were so stressed so feel free and I will pass you a cyber tissue.

But then the exchange happens you have a day of elation then the stress kicks in about moving day.

He he thanks for the offer of the tissue. I can cope okay with stress, 6 months of living without gas, water, no toilet and only half the house having electric for 6 months, WHILST being pregnant when we had the extension done has made me realise I can be strong.....Just still a massive worrier!!
