Personally I don't use adverts and I certainly don't promise any level of income to folks. I tend to use word of mouth rather than adverts and am much happier leading with the products, then after finding happy customers, show them how they can get a discount on their products or earn extra money if they wish to. You may be surprised to learn that I hate hype and lies as much as you obviously do; an MLM business can be built honestly and ethically too.

So they get a little discount on a few things and if they get others to sign up they get a little discount too.

This is why the two companies shouldn't be compared really - one is supposed to be offering *extra income* with the supposed possibility of *vast wealth* whilst the other is basically selling green themed good to people and offering a little discount if they buy a few more.

Hardly surprising it isn't comparable though is it? It's no use saying that people should love the products and sell them to others by enthusing about them - Kleeneze has the book that supposedly does all the selling. No need to enthuse about the stuff and there is too much anyway.

Hardly surprising then that wikainio hasn't ended up like Kleeneze , it isn't really the same , give it a few decades and mass selling and it will be the same though no doubt about it , but until then I can't see many coming to it to *earn £200 - 500 pt/FT* can you?

I think maybe you've misunderstood me. The potential is there for people to earn the large incomes and it will happen. Don't forget we're only a 3 year old company whereas Kleeneze has been around for nearly 90 years! I was giving you the example of building through the products, its known in the business as Retail to Recruit. Find customers, turn the happy ones into distributors (if they want to), who find customers, who turn them into distributors and so on. Building like this has built some pretty big businesses in MLM. Of course, as in anything, only a small percentage will go all the way to the top, just like in anything really, sport, music, business, acting, etc.

I don't agree with your point that ''you dont see many joining for 200 to 500 a month. This is actually one of the biggest segments to aim for. In today's economy 2 to 500 a month would help a lot of people out, especially alongside a job.

Totally agree with Patrick on this. The majority of people that I speak to are looking for an extra few hundred pounds a month extra income to ease the pressure of their current financial state i.e. no money left after bills, mortgage etc. to cover any financial emergency. They don't earn enough from their regular jobs to enable them to live and save as well.

From my own experience - just before Christmas last year I fell and broke my wrist, which meant that I couldn't work for three months. Like many people, I didn't receive sick pay from my employer and SSP doesn't exactly cover a lot! Without my residual income from my NM, I would have soon found myself in serious financial difficulty.

I'm not a high flyer or a big hitter in NM by any stretch of the imagination but it was a massive reassurance to me knowing that I had that money hitting my bank account every month. And I get paid from my NM every month whether I do any work or not.

MLM has to move away from just promoting the ''million pound earnings'' mindset. The truth is that only a fraction of 1% of people who attempt MLM will ever earn these huge figures. In my opinion, promoting the business like that is the biggest reason for failure - people come in expecting to earn these huge numbers and they soon find out how hard it is to do this, so they give up. Instead of promoting the business as a way to become a millionaire, lets promote it as a way to become a ''hundredaire'' which is money that can help people hugely in this recession that we're in. For those that want to go further and become a ''thousandaire'', help lots of people become ''hundredaires''. Forget the millionaires, go play the lotto instead.
