    Sazzi,
    Tis not rambling hun ...

Sounds to me like you are ready for a change in your working life, but you do not know yet what it is. Perhaps this is the reason for your struggle.
What else, if anything is troubling you?

Sorry to hear you had a difficult day today. Hope tommorow will be better.

Have a good weekend everyone CB2X

Thanks Shaz and CB2 xx lol well I was feeling better until I received a call early this morning to say there was a major crisis at work and could I come in asap:rolleyes:

Feeling totally worn out at the mo, but you're right CB2 I do need a change of direction workwise but not sure what. When it comes to thinking about this, I find it very difficult to direct my thoughts, if you seem what I mean, I just seem to go round and round in circles and never come to any conclusion... lol nothing new there really!

Ideally I'd like to work from home. I'm fed up with office politics, having to pay lip-service to mediocre managers, the long hours, the constant stress, etc. Or better still, win the lottery:D... which reminds me I must buy a ticket:D Don't get me wrong - I have loved my job, I've been there 11 years and hugely enjoyed most of it and I have some dear friends here too... but time for something else I think.

Anyhoo. How are things with you CB2?

Tulip - which plant did your mum and dad order?

Looks like the weather this weekend is going to be a bit mixed. What has everyone got planned?

    Have a good day

    Much love to all,
    Sazzy xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Is it me or has this place changed? Nothing is where it was a few months ago

I'm not where I was a few months ago either. Sadly, life just gets worse.

Hopefully one or two faces will remember me.

Sorry to hear about rta :(

I hate bosses. It's a shame people can't make simple changes to assist you. Often they make good noises, but never actually do anything positive. Hopefully you will get used to your new job.

I,and i am sure a few more of the older posters wondered what had happened to you.I know in the past you have taken a break now and again but you have been gone a long while and if you remember you were in a bad place the last time you did post.Really thought something had happened to you but so glad you are still here. The board has changed lately, there have been a few disagreements and i have lost count of the number of times we have moved. However there are still a few of the old posters you will remember and quite a few new ones.Anyway let me be the first to wish you a big WELCOME BACK:T really am pleased to see you posting.

I've been nowhere. Just in my own head, away from here. I don't use the internet as much as I did. I've tried staying away, see if it helps my quality of life. Sadly not.

19-11-08 was when I last logged back here. Didn't realise so long. Sadly, i'm still in a not very good place and it's going to get worse.

Sad to hear about disagreements :( Especially on a thread hoping to help. I see the thread name has changed.

I'll see the old and new over time. Probably too many changes for me to take in all at once.

Thanks for welcome back. I will pop in often.

    How are you?

Big <hugs> and welcome back from me too to our favourite Miro!

I am so sorry to hear you're not in a good place and that you feel things are going to get worse. What makes you feel that, Miro? What has been happening with you? Are you having suicidal thoughts?

It was about October 2006 I first came across you posting here. I saw in you a man driven half mad by grief over the loss of his wife and child. I am sorry I didn't try and help you with this then, and offer the support you needed.

Take care Miro. You have so many friends here - old and new- who care about you. CB2X

When I left in November, one of my cats was very unwell. Fortunately she is now okay and doing very well. Sadly, one of my other cats now has a bladder tumour. The vet wanted to put her down when she phoned me, but when we got there, prepared for battle, she had given her antibiotics and painkillers for 2 weeks and had a chnage of heart. When we took her back, she said she may have a long time to live and as long as she was comfortable, she could live a good life still. Sadly, the painkillers have made her really drowsy that she isn't the same cat anymore :( I think the end is nigh. I still love her as much, even though she isn't the same, but I miss her moaning at me, as she was a queen moaner. Now she just doesn't moan. When she does something she used to do, it's great, even if she just does it with a half attempt.

It's been 5 weeks since they were going to put her to sleep, which is a bonus 5 weeks, but I feel sick and unhappy. I'm not sure how I will cope. I knew this was going to happen eventually, but it's just reminded me even more of those feelings of loss. I am incredibly close to my cats and the only family I have and now the 'empire' is crumbling.

I'm lost and she hasn't slipped away yet.
