We now have an A rated condensing boiler which will save us on our fuel bills by at least a third I reckon and we have gained a storage cupboard as the old water tanks have been removed.

Every cloud and that.........................but for now I am going to enjoy my mope for a bit longer:o :o  :o:o

Sounds like a good excuse for a glass of red later!

    Question.
When you do an SOA and you pay something for 10 months of the year eg Council tax do you work out the average for 12 months or put the full amount in?
    Does that make sense?

    Yes and no.
Put in the usual monthly amount, no-one will question it and it gives you two months of breathing space at the time of year when bills are higher ( electric eg )

I was born and raised down in Alabama
On a farm way back up in the woods
I was so ragged the kids would call me patches, Papa used to kid me about it
Then I met Lenny and he ruined the song and my reputation.............forever.
Patches, I'm depending on you Son,
Not to do what Lenny done..
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
