I've got £x in an Abbey mini isa currently paying 4.50% - which is the best bank to transfer this money to, to get the best deal, and do Abbey charge/penalise you for doing this?
I've also got about £x in Abbey stocks and shares isa and was wondering would it be best to move this somewhere else? This money will not be used for a long time.

AFAIK new Abbey ISAs now don't charge for transfer, although older issues can have this charge, some 'Choices ISA' for example. Check your paperwork or phone them.0
