Gateshead Single Yellow Lines

Thanks to all those who have supplied information so far.
I have taken the advice given and requested copies of the parking attendants log book entry and the copies on the traffiic management and traffic regulation order for that particular road and its environs.
The area that is still unclear to me is what is written in the regulations specifically that applies to distance between signs, T bar ends, widths and placing of yellow lines.
The situation that applies to where my car was parked seems to me to be quite an unusual situation and I am unclear if, how and where any breaches have taken place.
If it is found that all is techically in order I know I will have to pay up, but I want to be sure in my own mind that things are right.
I look forward to any further assistance that anyone may give and I very much appreciate the help that has been given so far.
Thanks

Picture ten I think shows the sign in picture 11 as being just the other side of the 2nd lampost away from the verge. A 639 sign is meant to be placed every 60m. It looks within 60m from where the vehicle was parked.0 -
Thanks Neil for your interest.
The No. 10 picture shows the entrance in question and the car was parked at the far side from where the camera is positioned.
The no parking sign shown nearest the camera and the next one that is beyond the third lampost are 75m 760mm apart. The single yellow lines that go into the entrance have no T bar ends showing although they could be under the piles of earth that is covering them.
If the lines do not have T bar ends does that mean that there is a break in the yellow line effectively across the entrance which makes the whole scenario questionable?
Can you explian the A 639 sign and its placement every 60m rule or can you point me in the direction of where I can find the full list of rules that govern the situation where my car was parked.
Any help you can give would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
