Hoping that the site is still running..just to let the Southern Meet ladies know I will definately be there tomorrow but what time are we all meeting up? I am planning to leave the house about 9.45 - it's about 2hr 20mins drive to the pub from me, so that's allowing for any hiccups on the way..lol

I have froddies cell number, meant to send mine but not sure if it will get through before the site goes down. Froddy can you pop your email through to me then I can pop my number on there..

We're back!

Have filletted and steaked two salmon and stuck it all in the freezer apart from one steak which is currently poaching in white wine with celery, onion and dill in the oven for my lunch

Am also making fish stock from the bones.

Have they changed the 'thanks' and 'quote' buttons round or is it just me? I keep pressing quote instead of thanks!
