Valli - I remember many, many years ago when my Mum and Dad bought their first house (new build) and I was a very small child, Dad turned the clay filled soil over a bit and then planted potatoes everywhere - front garden included.

Apparently, putting potatoes down for the first year helps break up the soil and make it nicer for other crops the following year

And also, I may be able to make it to the Southern Meet :j - can someone in the know pm me with details? Such as when, where, contact, etc. I may wear my floral marigolds for ID!!! And pray my crapnav works.....

I have flown a little this week - small steps, no stars. I am clearing "behind the scenes" to make it easier for the long haul. Why do I have sooooomuchstuff?????

LL - sending you the biggest hugs in the world, I can find no words to help but send you strength and love, are your parents still alive?

DS2 and his friends have had a KFC - a real 'treat' as I never ever buy that and are outside playing footie. They have doughnuts and brownie to come later.

Still not getting there with the flying but have managed to keep the only room I have done this week, the kitchen, tidy and clean.

To those of your going away enjoy your time especially if you are spending it with family.
