Scottish Power To Pay Direct Debit Interest

It is strange how different people's experience of a company can be so different. So far my experience of Scottish Power is really good. I have the internet tariff and can put my meter readings online as often as I like and get an up to date balance. I was paying just a little too much each month and they reduced my DD by £2 without me asking. Not much but it shows that they are adjusting it as necessary. I am also on the capped tariff till 2011 and they send me an Email whenever the price goes down to inform me whether or not I am still on the best tariff. I can even look at graphs online of my usage which helps me to control how much I am using. I will swop if I find a better price elsewhere but until then I am happy with the service and I have been with all the companies at one time or another.0
