K750i order declined through OSPS

I just had my order for the K750i declined from OneStop, apparently Orange declined the application but they weren't able to give any further details as to why this was the case.

Similarly with e2save, my order for the W550i I placed last night has been "referred"

Any idea why this may be? I don't have trouble getting credit on mobile phones usually, I don't have any contracts currently open, although i did run two orange phones concurrently for 2005, just for the cashback deal and didn't use them - will Orange have picked up on this and stopped me getting any new deals??

hmmm mine says referred also... what does that mean? I already have 2 contracts with O2

Whats worse than having a bad credit rating? Its having an EXCELLENT credit rating!!!

Basically, they've done the credit checks and decided that you currently have 1 or more mobile contracts and you arent having any more!

thts not true. i have 15 orange and 3 o2:) and never turned down for additionals. You are being refferred and declined due to credit rating. Something must be wrong, as suggested b4 get a copy of ur credit report.

I have had the same problem with E2save today. Ordered 3 phones 1 ok 2 declined. Spoke to them and told only 4 handsets allowed from them and CPW in a 12 month period and that's why I am only getting 1.

mmmmm - Anyone had theirs referred and then back to processing and then eventually got it?

I was only told this when I queried why I had received no confirmation of the order I placed at 9am this morning being successfully processed. That order had not been closed, as often happens with internet orders. I then transferred the phones for my husband and son into my husband's name.

What is of greater concern, however, is how e2save know about a payg mobile I bought in a cpw shop in November. That is a matter, my husband will be looking into tomorrow, as he is distincly unhappy about this transfer of information.

Hiya,

Just got a text from e2save to say my orders have now been accepted and will be delivered before 1pm tomorrow.

I'll get my OH to order the K750i through OSPS since she has an Orange contract at the mo and they say this can help with the credit checks...
