Placed my first ever online shop with Ocado, what happens now?

Arrived early:D
They phoned & said they were in the area & could drop it off, IF I was happy with that.
All in bags in boxes (I will give them the bags next time).
They substitued the "everyday" apples for more expensive ones, but other than that they had everything.
They included a free copy of the Times:rolleyes: I'm no good at that crossword:o
All VERY fresh & cold / frozen.

In my area we don't have Ocado, we have something called WaitroseDeliver, and they are really good too, although I prefer to leave them at the doorstep and sort my stuff out after they've gone. I never tip them though.
Once their van had broken down and they sent my shopping in a taxi which I thought was brilliant, although the taxi driver had a bad back so I had to get the stuff out of his boot - I did find it very funny though seeing as I am fit and able bodied.0
