  • I have just had a make up lesson with a make up artist and she swears by Lancome definicils - it costs £19 at Boots but at the moment there is a special gift pack so in addition to the mascara you get an eye liner and a small bottle of eye make up remover thrown in.

    Sparkly
  • There are not many mascaras i have not tried expensive cheap and inbetween. I have recently tried prestige biggest lashes which is available from boots i think it's about £6. It is definately one of the best i've tried. I am just as happy with this as clinique and ysl and it's so cheap. I got it after reading great reviews and it lives up to it's name.

By far the best mascara I've ever tried (and I've tried prettly much them all) is the new YSL one - Singuleur. It's everything I've been looking for in a mascara for years!!
  • I find MAC Zoom lash the best I've used

I always used to use great lash Maybelline, I found it was really good.
I decided to treat myself to a Lancome one , it was £20 but it is amazing, even my boyfriend who notices nothing said I looked nice! I think its the hypnose one. I look like I'm wearing false lashes!

I always used Rimmel Sexy Curves since it came onto the market however before I apply any mascara I blast my eyelash curls with my hairdryer to heat them. Then hold them down for 30 secs and then apply a light coat and run it over with a mascara makeup brush and let it dry and then use the curlers again for 30 seconds and add the final layer and comb out again with the brush. I find I get purr-fect lashes each time with this method.

I do sometime wonder if it the way we apply rather then mascara we buy?
  • I have a new favourite one!

I've tried expensive mascaras (Estee Lauder Magnascopic - gloopy as anything!, Benefit Bad Girl - hardly any improvement) and I would swear by Loreal Double Extension Beauty Tubes (theres a few different ones, like nourishing etc, but this is the one with a white and a maroon end).
