Print Address labels

I am using windows XP home with office XP and have bought some Banner sticky labels to use

Trouble is when i go into the tools / letter, mailings to print the label....there are NO banner labels listed

the product code for them is 9670022


how do i get to print these labels please?

    Who are the labels made by as they may have the label printing
    software listed on their site, well it did with a some avery labels I were printing..

    Have you looked at the 'Custom' option too? This allows you to create your own size print out. Depends on what software you are using as well...

    1st 2 rows of the 14 labels come out ok, but rest are rubbish


    box says the following

    laser label 99 x 38mm
    14 labels per sheet


    ?

    please help

    Banner as in Banner size or banner labels as in maker of labels as in Banner Industries or summet... who makes them.. as you can get banner sized labels.

    Intel - are you looking like your photo - kinda scary if you get cross ... :-)

    Anyway, I suspect these are non-branded of some type or another, I have some that pretend to be Avery but aren't - they at least give an equivalent to Avery typr number. My only other suggestion is to do the whole custom thing - i.e go to the label dialogue and then hit 'New Label'. This gives you the option to create your own label sizes - make sure you get the page size right too. Good luck - I've run out of ideas!
