Has anyone used this service?

Hi,

As the title says, has anyone used a online court service like this;

I just wanted to know if people do get a result or is it just a scam, I want to use this service against Orange. I cancelled my contract with them within the first seven days of receiving my phone and they keep sending me bills even though they keep saying your account has been cancelled.

Many people here have used it with excellent results, they will tell u.

It is not a scam, run by UK Govt. I am about to use them against Aria.co.uk who owes me £85 from last year.

Thanks for the quick reply, does anyone know who I would address my claim to for Orange. I need a name and an address.

I would address that to Orange and their HQ address which can be found on your bill.

The only address I can find on the bill is on the back of the first page under registered office, is that the address I need?
