Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic deal

I found this deal dialaphone.co.uk/aw1/search.aspx?oc=DOL400M20 (put www. in font of the link) on Dialaphone. It's half price for 13 months, however last time I jumped into a cash back deal and ended up cancelling the contract because I didn't full understand the cash back offer.
This time I want to know if I've got it all right. It states "Your FREE 13 months half price line rental is available by redemption in 5 stages: £35.00 at month 6, £40.00 at month 9, £40.00 at month 12, £40.00 at month 15, £40.00 at month 18". So, do I need to send any voucher things or do I automatically get the cash back at the months stated?
I couldn't find anything out about it on the Terms & Conditions. I appreciate any help given

The cash back is available by redemption therefore you will either have to send of vouchers, or copies of those bills.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

I did it with the Carphonewarehouse, and everything worked out ok for me. I just sent the bills registered post so I could ensure they got them!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
