I have just taken out 2 contracts through the above company however they never included the 3, 6, 9, 12 month cashback redemption forms in any of the welcome packs. Anyone know if they have changed there procedures?

I don't want to phone them as they keep there customers on the phone for a bit to long.

Dialaphone doesn't send voucher's any more. They send a single sheet titled "to claim your cashback" followed by "All you need to do to claim your cash back is to send your most recent monthly bill to Redemption Claim Centre, PO Box 317, Northampton, NN3 9WU at the times detailed below."

Do you get that sheet?. If not you have to contact them via phone or email (I thin it is cs@dialaphone.co.uk).
