Update
Vodafone took their direct debit on 8th April and took the £15 charges from Mobile shop off my bill so instead of taking £45-65 they took £30-65. I also had data calls from MPAY on my unbilled statement that came to £12, this has now disapeared and it says data calls are now at £0.1.
So looks like I have beaten these scammers and had the charges dropped.0 -
good news Jaks, it gives me extra impetus to keep chasing for my cash back too :-)0
