1. Free prize draw open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Nestl! UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entry to the draw is free and entries must be on the official entry form on https://www.nescafe-pickmeups.co.uk .
4. Entry limited to one per person.
5. Closing date for receipt of entries 30/06/09.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of the offer Terms and Conditions.
7. We cannot accept any consumer group bulk or third party entries.
8. There is one prize of a Sony Vaio FW11E laptop to be won.
9. The winner will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received by the closing date.
10. The winner will be notified by post within 4 weeks of the closing date and will be asked to confirm acceptance of their prize within 4 weeks of the date appearing on the notification letter. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve entry drawn at the same time as the original winning entry.
11. The name, town and county of the Sony Vaio FW11E laptop winner will be made available after 01/07/09. Winners will not be published in the next issue Prizes will be sent to the winners by courier.
12. Decision of Promoter in all matters is final and binding.
13. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be provided in lieu of the prize stated.
