Dialaphone- Recorded Delivery Says They Received My Bills on Last Day Due

Hiya,
I'm wondering if someone could help me. I managed to send off my required bills to recieve airtime cashback from Dialaphone, via recorded delivery on 25th of Feb (Sat). It had to be in by Mon 27th Jan, so I was cutting it very fine.
I checked the Royal Mail site and using Track and Trace, and this came up on Monday: Your item with reference DK537327937GB was delivered from our NORTHAMPTON Delivery Office.
I have now received letters from Dialaphone dated 28th Feb stating that my phone bill has been returned to me because 'it is not valid for redemption at this time'.
Am I wrong in thinking that it WAS delivered on time to them? The cut off date was 27th Feb and they had requested my Bills from Jan 27th.
I'm pretty annoyed because I thought I had just got it in on time!
What can I do?

I've phoned up the Royal Mail Helpline- it says that my item was delivered before 1.01 pm 27th Feb!0

Why don't you just call them and ask? You have proof, of sorts, that it was delivered on time, so see what their argument is.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0

Ok having phoned them, they're not sure what the problem is. To begin with I had an automated message tell me that: 'Dialaphone is unable identify the reason for my claims'.
But then I got through to a guy who told me it was delivered on time, and he's passed the info onto his supervisor who needs to confirm it with management.
'Unable to identify the reason' - that's gotta be a new one!0 -
what a scam, eh?0

If £120 wasn't at stake I would have laughed a little harder. Craziness. It's all been sorted out now. Also, they've changed the way cashback is being dealt with for O2 customers- we get given cheques instead of credit into our phone accounts.
Good move.. I guess they 'identified a reason' for this. Sheesh.0 -
I have sent the required bill to wrong address. I sent to normal Dialaphone address, instead of Price Match address.
I just found out when checking by bank account, as DAP hasn't sent me the money. So, I have sent another bill to Price Match address, but now it is 10 days late to their last date mentioned.
What chances are I will get my cashback?. Do I have argument with DAP, telling that I sent the bill but wrong address?.0
