I find Morrisons the worst for overcharging.

MSE won't allow a full post to be in capitals so it makes it a capital letter at the start of every word.

I've been overcharged at Asda loads of times and when I've complained have never ever got a £2 voucher.
Bit off topic but just wondering if every Asda are not giving out carrier bags anymore.Ours stopped last week, when I asked checkout girl she said she did'nt know if it was just this particular store or all of them.

"Its not a scam, some Asda stores are 24hr and Head Office change the prices at x time, but staff put the point of sale material out at y time. This difference between x and y is when we all shop. We have to be vigilant and check our receipts carefully."

    Excellent point arathorn,

The price change from head office is always causing problems, sometimes the till systems dont update or the manufacturer changes the barcode on its product and its not updated on the offers system, but one question to ask yourself in your company or organisation has this ever happened and im almost certain you will say yes, its a mistake it happens. and as for the people who work on customer service give them a break they do a great job, they get screamd and shouted at all day, could you do it? would you stand for it ? if you wouldnt then why should someone else.

I thought this was national policy, Leyton hasn't given them out for months. Don't normally shop there, took a detour from the tube one evening before Christmas because they were selling Baileys at a good price. Difficult to carry w/o a bag!

I have been overcharged 5 weeks on the trot at ASDA in Burnley. The manager, Mark Bones, refuses to see me. Surprise! Surprise!

I was wondering if there is an official body I can complain to since overcharging seems to be as endemic as fake one pound coins.

Don't think there is an official body, but you could try Adsa Customer Services on 0500 100055, naming the store and manager, did you get your £2. voucher each time? If not inform CS and they will send them out to you.

I bought a load of items this week for the new arrival as it is baby week at asda.

Roughly added it up in my head prior to till, then paid for it all and it was alot higher. Thought, dam my maths are crap.

Was an error, non of the items went through at baby week prices. Just went to CS and got a refund.
