    Morning

Slept OK last night although woken a few times by OH snoring as he has Laringituz (spelt wrongly..lol). Still feel shattered though and think I may have another cold coming. Its such a pain not having an immune system as I cant fight anything off:mad:

House is still pretty clean and tidy from the weekend. Toilet cleaned and WM is on. The wooden blinds are dusty but SIL will do those today, She's supposed to be here today to do a few bits around the home and me ironing:D So I am just going to rest.

Have my 1st TMA for the OU to do by friday but will have a break today then do some over tomorrow and friday. Also, have to put about 20 tops on ebay for tomorrow's 10p listing day. So will put those on turbolister then upload to ebay on thursday sometime.

Have got some chicken breasts out for chicken chausseur and am going to use up in it, some mushrooms, some green and orange peppers and a couple of red onoins. May also chop a few new potatoes up that need using and put them in there too:confused: Am going to make it in the SC and see how we go.

Anyways, best go and finish DD's pack up as OH forgot to get bread out of the freezer last night....typical!! Shes having cheese/ham/salad sarnie, HM fork biscuit, apple, banana, pear, yogurt and water.

Breakie: Ham/Cheese Toastie (Me) Cereal/OJ/Yogurt (OH & DD)
    Lunch:Soup & Roll
Dinner: Chicken Chausseur with mash or rice

Have a good day everyone and hope all is ok. ((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))))

    Morning, all.

Its a bit of a dark and gloomy one, here! Mind you, that's probably just as well, as I have a "to do" list as long as your arm and none of it involves going out. :)

SnowyOwl, yesterday must have been "Fruit Loaf Day", as I made one in the BM which was gorgeous - and is on the breakfast menu for myself and DS this morning. I used Dove Farm's Malted Grain flour in 50/50 proportion with white bread flour, then added a teaspoon of mixed spice, the remainder of a bag of raisins which had been languishing in the cupboard and a small bag of semi-dried apricots which I'd bought to nibble in the car on the way home from shopping - and then forgot all about. I quartered the apricots before adding them. It didn't rise all that much and is very moist - more like a malt loaf than bread - but the flavour is sooooper! :D

I'm attempting a chicken curry in the SC today, so keep your fingers crossed it succeeds! I have a hard act to follow, as DH is the curry meister in our house and he's a harsh critic! Ah well, what he won't eat the dogs will, so not much goes to waste. :D

I hear the delicate hoofbeats of DS coming down the stairs, so I'd better go and get busy in the kitchen.

    Have a great day everybody.
:hello: I'm very well, considering the state I'm in. :hello:

Hope MRS MATHs interview went well yesturday and that everyone is on the mend.

    Good morning!!

Bit of a rough night's sleep - DS1 woke up & I ended up getting in his bed with him, to settle him. Naturally, I fell asleep! Then DS2 woke up at 5am!! Luckily I took him into our bed and he slept until alarms went off at 6.30!

Now we're up and ready (well - almost!) I'm just eating my shreddies and having a quick surf, kids are watching TV (? Noddy)

Need to go to the shops today as DS1 has 2 birthday parties to go to at the weekend! I also need to get some clothes, as I'm REALLY short of stuff to wear at moment - just don't buy myself clothes anymore!

WM & DW need to go on (as per usual) and could do with doing some general tidying at some point today!

Hope everyone has a great day!!!!

    Morning all
I have a half day off work today. DH has to go all the way to Cornwall (from the Midlands) for a business meeting so will be out about 12 hours. I've taken time off so the poor dog isn't on his own too long. I'd rather be at work - no honest I would
Glad to hear your DD is home & on the mend Elona. Remember to give yourself some TLC as well, you've been through a tough time too & she needs you to feel rested & 100%.
Hope MrsMath's interview went well - love the stained glass by the way.
Sorry you're feeling poorly PP. I have a friend with SLE (although she doesn't have your other problems) so I know something about what a difficult thing it is to live with.
Someone's dad came home from hospital yesterday too - I am SO cr*p at names - sorry. You need to take care of yourself too. Sometimes we're so busy looking after others we forget to look after ourselves.
Well I'd better use the time wisely & get on with preparing tonight's dinner & doing a bit of cleaning.
Hope you all have a brilliant day - looking outside I reckon it's a wellies & raincoat, splashing in the puddles sort of a day.

    Good morning everyone,

Miserable looking day outside today, raining and cloudy, but im happy, because last night i made my final payment on my credit card, yeah me :T !!!!! I now only have my bank loan left (not counting my mortgage) so im really happy :j .
Have 2 little ones today, and my front room already looks like a bomb has hit it, we are playing dressing up, so have little fairies, pirates and a rabbit running around at the moment.
Its a friends 40th birthday today, and ive bought her 40 little presents (ive been planning for over a year), which i need to wrap (it seemed a good idea at the time) so hopefully it wont take me too long, i expect i will give up halfway through tho and wrap them all together, but i will give it a go.
Need to get the WM on, and a few bits of cleaning to do, and at some point i need to decide what to cook for dinner tonight, but we are home all day, so im sure i will think of something!!!!
Well, thats all at the moment, off to get the faeries ready for school (DS is a devil, hmmmm!!!!) so hope everyone has a lovely day, hugs to everyone who needs one.
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Morning everyone :hello:

Catowen - Congratulations, I bet that must have felt so nice paying that cc off!!! Well done! :T

I haven't done much so far this morning, bin bags and recycling are out ready for the bin men and thats about it. My ebay items are doing okay I've got about 6 days so fingers crossed will have some more money for my holiday savings soon. :j

Didn't end up going to bed early as it took ages to do my clicks and I had to give up and go to bed in the end....hopefully DH has fixed the problem with my putta now.

My sister is round for tea tonight and I am going to show her how to do clicks so that she can earn some cash for her new undies etc after she's had her breast reduction, shes doing really well she's got £3k so far and needs raise another £2.5k so I've tried to think of inventive (sp?) ways for her to earn extra cash for little treats as she already has a ft day job and evening job, I just hope she's happy after the op I know they've always bothered her bless. Oh and SIL is now back at home they haven't induced her so it will be a bit longer before we all meet the newest member of the family. :p

DH took the car to work today so we are definately in all day as its horrible outside so hopefully I'll get some tidying/filing up to date. ;) Well I best do my online banking and then get on with tidying. Have a good day everyone. :)
