Thanks for the warning bookworm1363 and OlliesDad. Just so sad that instead of creating a united front against the exploitation of the consumer, some people choose to have a go at their fellow MSers, but hey, that's life, diverse and multifaceted!

There is no exploitation of a consumer.

You asked them to provide a service/good for which they chose to request a charge for. There are costs associate with the service you requested and they can charge if they so wish.

The only thing sad is that someone would request tap water in a sandwich bar and refuse to pay for bottled.
